4 steps for a successful launch
You now have all the materials you need to launch OpenUp Medical within your company. Exciting! Follow the steps below and use the resources in the onboarding package.

Step 1:
Launch to all managers
We recommend doing this three to seven days before the main launch within the entire company. Use the templates in your onboarding package to create a launch message that gets your management excited.
We advise identifying ambassadors as well. Find employees that are eager to use and get familiar with our services. So they can encourage and guide others.

Step 2:
Launch to all employees
Once your management team is on board, it’s time to let everyone else know about OpenUp Medical. Invite all managers and employees to the onboarding workshop about healthy habits.
Get a better understanding how OpenUp Medical could support you to improve your health, energy, and performance. Your Customer Success Manager plans the workshop with you. Please use our template to invite your colleagues via your preferred communication channel.

Step 3:
Activate your employees
Communication is the most important part of launching any new platform. We actively help you with that. After the workshop, you automatically receive five onboarding emails in your inbox, spread over the upcoming two months.
You can forward those emails within your organisation. We recommend customising the messages to fit your company’s tone of voice. Make sure to whitelist our emails (see this blog on how to do so) so they don’t end up in your spam.
Next to that, we recommend communicating about OpenUp Medical in more ways. In the video below, Aäron shares some best-practices.

Step 4:
Monthly updates
After you fully launched OpenUp Medical, it’s important to keep on communicating about it. You can do this with our newsletters.
Every month, we brighten your inbox with our newest courses, insights, and other content to share with your organisation. Again, we recommend customising the newsletter to fit your company’s tone of voice.
We also send you a monthly report that details how OpenUp Medical is being used in your organisation.

Do employees really have unlimited access?
Yes, in a collaboration between employer and OpenUp (Medical), employees have unlimited access to all services that OpenUp (Medical) offers. This also includes 1-on-1 consultations. Together with the employee, the psychologist, medical doctor or dietitian will assess how many conversations are needed to get started with a request for help. On average, a trajectory consist of 3 to 5 sessions.
How does OpenUp Medical Work?
OpenUp Medical offers unlimited access to online support with medical doctors. Via video sessions or chat. The sessions take 25 minutes. We focus on prevention, sleep, nutrition, exercise, breathing, stress, energy, habits and lifestyle.
We always start with a (free) introduction session to find out what’s going on and whether your request for help fits in with the services of OpenUp Medical. If that’s the case, you can start talking to each other more often. If your question doesn’t fit with OpenUp’s services (also psychologists via OpenUp), we’ll be happy to discuss alternatives with you.
